  • Why should I become a member?
    Because we offer the most fresh, flavourful, nutritious, and sustainably grown greens, that’s why! If you are looking to build a healthier diet, and rely on fresh produce for your weekly meals, you already know how hard it is to find good quality greens and herbs. That’s where Herbivore Farms comes in. As a member, you will receive a variety of nutrient dense and delicious veggies and herbs in rotation – and maybe we will throw in a few surprises for you every now and then 😉
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to Andheri (East), Powai, Malad (East and West), Goregaon (East and West), Versova, Lokhandwala, Juhu, Santacruz (East and West), Khar (West), Bandra (East and West) & the western line of South Mumbai. In case your address does not fall under these zones, WhatsApp us and we will look into it.
  • Can I order on an on-demand basis instead of opting for a subscription?
    As of now, we do not offer this option. We prioritise customers who are regular consumers of greens and herbs. You may choose to subscribe for a month to try our produce.
  • What’s included in the Raw Bend Box?
    Every week you will receive 200 gm lettuces, 80 gm Rocket, 80 gm baby spinach, and 50 gm mixed herbs. The lettuces will alternate week on week from the following selection – Oakleaf, Butterhead, Summer crisp and Lollo Rosso/Bionda varieties. Herbs will include – Basil, Mint, and Parsley.
  • What’s included in the Tender Sprinkles Box?
    Every week you will receive 100 grams of a microgreen mix comprising of the following varieties: Amaranthus, Broccoli, Kohl Rabi, Beets, Carrot, Radish, Mizuna, Mustard, Cabbage, Cauliflower & Flax.
  • Can I pay directly on the website?
    No, you can pay once your subscription has been confirmed through a payment link that we will share with you on WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.
  • Can I customise my order?
    You may customise your order quantities if you subscribe in advance for a 3-month period.
  • Can I have a trial box before I subscribe?
    This is subject to availability. If we have extra produce, we will send you a sample box before you confirm your subscription.
  • What happens if I’m travelling, and I have to skip a week?"
    No problem. We can carry forward a maximum of 2 deliveries to the following month, if you are continuing your subscription in the next month.
  • Can I subscribe for 3 months at a go?
    Yes! A lot of our customers opt for this, so they don’t have the hassle of paying every month. Just send us a WhatsApp message and we will make it happen.
  • What day will my produce get delivered?
    You will be allotted a delivery day based on where you live. You will be informed which day prior to your first delivery. You will receive your deliveries on the same day every week.
  • What time will my produce get delivered?
    We cannot assure you a delivery time. Deliveries will take place between 8.30 AM and 8 PM, and will reach you in the first or second half depending on the riders route.
  • What if I am not home to collect my delivery?
    Don’t worry! This happens a lot. Just let us know what you would prefer from the following options - We can leave your box with your security guard, at your doorstep or with a neighbour. As the produce is freshly harvested, it will remain intact for a couple of hours outside the fridge. (As long as its not in direct sunlight)
  • How long will my produce last in the fridge?
    Follow our storage instructions, and your produce remain fresh upto 3 weeks in your fridge! However, we recommend consuming within 7 days for the best nutritional value, flavour and aroma.
